Deep beneath the earth's surface, a research facility has descended into chaos. A horde of rapidly mutating, flesh-eating creatures is wreaking havoc, leaving destruction in its wake. Eight survivors, including two research subjects, three mercenaries, two technicians, and a medic, find themselves trapped with limited resources and no means of escape. Their only hope lies in navigating thirteen treacherous levels to reach the surface, but one of them is hiding a dark secret: a human who has taken on a terrifying, monstrous form.
