Fat Albert and his friends are rehearsing their Christmas play in their junkyard clubhouse when Mr. Tyrone, the owner, threatens to tear it down. Just then, a family with car trouble arrives, and Fat Albert takes them in. However, Mr. Tyrone refuses to listen, until Mudfoot helps him change his mind. In the end, the baby is born, and Mr. Tyrone is filled with Christmas spirit.
