A German doctor, Josef Mengele, meets an Argentinean family in Patagonia, 1960, and joins them on a journey to a small town. The family, unaware of Mengele's true identity, entrust their young daughter to his care. Meanwhile, Israeli agents are searching for him, as he is one of the most dangerous Nazi war criminals.
