Notorious outlaw El Rayo makes a wager to bring a notorious cantina dancer back voluntarily, but instead finds she's smitten with the craps table operator, Johnny Powell. When El Rayo's man is caught cheating with loaded dice, Johnny must face off against him in a duel. El Rayo then gets Johnny imprisoned and threatens to have him hanged unless the dancer agrees to accompany him.
