In this comedy, a hapless bank clerk named Buster finds himself in a sticky situation when a can of overturned glue causes chaos, covering everything - including the money - in an unmovable adhesive. When robbers arrive, Buster's attempts to foil their plans are foiled by his stuck hands, which are stuck in his pockets.
