The Limey

A man consumed by grief and anger sets out on a treacherous path from England to Los Angeles to punish the person he holds accountable for his daughter's demise.

Wilson, a Cockney career criminal, is released from prison and travels to Los Angeles after learning of his daughter Jennifer's death in a car accident. Despite not being a present father, Wilson is convinced that Jennifer's death was no accident and sets out to uncover the truth. He meets with Jennifer's friends, Ed and Elaine, and learns more about her life in Los Angeles, leading him to suspect that her wealthy boyfriend, Terry Valentine, was behind her death. Wilson begins a cat-and-mouse game with Valentine, seeking to uncover the reason for her murder while also trying to stay one step ahead of Valentine's security consultant, Jim Avery.
