A married couple, Christine and Richard, seem perfect, but Christine feels neglected by Richard's busy work schedule. She becomes suspicious after witnessing Richard's flirtatious behavior with a student and decides to take a trip, where she's introduced to a stripper. She begins an affair with him, but struggles to connect with him as he remains secretive. After being rejected, Christine returns to her husband, only to find herself embroiled in a murder investigation when the stripper is killed, and her fingerprints are found on the gun.
