Train surfers Susan, Wilga, Patricia, and Kenny experience harrowing adventures on top of trains. After a tragic accident, they make a pact to do something good for the planet or return to the train in 15 years. Fifteen years later, Wilga, who has been imprisoned and institutionalized, comes to collect on the pact, murdering Susan's boyfriend and kidnapping her daughter to force her to ride the train one last time.
