The Royal Mounted Patrol background

The Royal Mounted Patrol

Lucky Lawrence, a skilled airplane pilot, and Tom Jeffries, a seasoned cowpuncher, forge an unbreakable friendship as they embark on a new adventure together, joining the esteemed Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Two friends, "Lucky" Lawrence, an airplane pilot, and Tom Jeffries, a cowpuncher, become friends while training for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. They are assigned to different regions, but their paths cross when Tom discovers a lumber camp boss, "Frenchy" Duvalle, violating forest laws. Their encounter is interrupted by an epidemic outbreak, which "Lucky" helps to alleviate with life-saving vaccines. Meanwhile, Frenchy's sister, Betty, arrives as a school teacher, unaware of her brother's illegal activities. As tensions rise, Frenchy sets fire to the grasslands, endangering an Indian family, and "Lucky" must fly in to rescue them. Tom then confronts Frenchy, who has already killed a Mountie, and holds his sister hostage.
