In the Balkans, a small town is ravaged by a militia led by the merciless Goran, who kidnaps young girls for a brothel run by the ruthless Viktor. Among the captives is Angel, a deaf girl with a unique birthmark, who is forced into servitude. By day, she cleans and prepares the girls for their clients, but at night, she secretly moves through the ventilation ducts and walls. Angel befriends Vanya, a fellow captive who knows sign language, and the two form a bond. However, when Goran returns and brutally murders Vanya, Angel seeks revenge, killing one of his men. Now, Goran and his men are hunting her down, and Angel is trapped in the brothel.
