Time Travel is a reality, and William, a Turasaiche and descendant of a time traveller, polices time crime at the World Time forum's office in Perth, Scotland. After receiving a letter from the future, William is shown a possible outcome if he continues his journey. To alter this fate, he must assemble a new team.
