Marvin Swift, a shy and awkward individual, loses his job and botches a romantic encounter. He finds himself trapped in a boiler room, where he meets Lucibel, who claims to be the devil. She grants his wishes, but with consequences: he becomes the head of a sex exploitation film company, but his awkwardness persists. He then wishes to be irresistibly attractive, but at a steep price. As he enjoys his newfound freedom, he realizes he has traded his soul for eternal youth, unaware of the debt he owes Lucibel.
