Two Weeks Notice

Lucy Kelson, a Harvard-educated lawyer, joins the Manhattan-based Wade Corporation as George Wade's legal counsel, despite her parents' warnings about working for the "enemy". Lucy, who has always hidden her femininity behind her work, is determined to make a difference from within the company. However, she struggles to balance her professional and personal life, particularly as George expects her to be his confidante and advisor at all hours. When Lucy gives George two weeks' notice, he hires June Carver, a fellow Harvardite, who seems to have her sights set on George as both a boss and personal partner. As Lucy begins to realize her feelings for George, she faces a new challenge when she learns of a Wade Corporation decision that goes against her values.
