In this animated comedy, a charismatic radio host named Porky welcomes a renowned mouser, Kansas City Kitty, as his guest star. Kitty shares her life story, which includes her marriage and the birth of her son, Little Patrick. However, their peaceful life is disrupted when a group of cunning mice, inspired by gangster movies, hatch a plan to kidnap Patrick and hold him for ransom.
