Stan, on his way to collect his inheritance, is robbed by highwaymen, including one who will attend the reading of his late uncle's will. The will surprises Stan by leaving him everything, including the Last Chance Saloon, but if he dies, the saloon will go to Bad Mike and his friend. Stan flees, mistakenly taking Bad Mike's horse, which leads him to his house.

As Stan pursues his inheritance, a sudden attack by highwaymen, led by an enigmatic figure, sets off a chain of events that will dramatically alter the course of his quest.
