Wilbur Steele, a college student, is tricked into signing a 2-year contract with a secret organization to father 2,000 children, creating a genetically perfect race. He's forced to undergo physical and chemical conditioning, leading to shock, resentment, and eventually a breakdown. After attempting to escape and being shot, Wilbur is taken to a hospital where he confronts Dr. Wednesday and ultimately shoots the doctor to end the project.
