Two teenage girls from working-class backgrounds, Noémie and Priscilla, share a destructive outlook and disdain for the world. Their loved ones are worried about their potential for extreme behavior. Noémie had previously attempted suicide, and while reading Kleist's works, she convinces her unhappy friend Priscilla to join her in a suicide pact. However, the practicalities of carrying out their plan prove to be more challenging than they anticipated.
