He asked individuals from diverse backgrounds to recreate their fantasies as short films, with the condition that they would act in them themselves. Over a decade later, Kosakowski reconnected with these individuals to discuss their emotions during the acts and interviewed them on various social topics. The film juxtaposes the participants' responses with the short films, allowing viewers to better understand their backgrounds and diverse perspectives.
