A retired special forces operative, released from prison after 20 years, finds himself in a dangerous standoff between a Chinese triad and corrupt police as he tries to rescue a Russian gangster's son and a Chinese girl who is carrying a large sum of money.

Released from prison after serving six years for a crime he didn't commit, Shane Daniels is granted an apology from the State of Arizona. Upon his freedom, he inadvertently witnesses a cop being killed by the Chinese mafia, who are holding a kidnapped girl and a bag of drug money. Seeking to rescue the girl and her uncle, Shane agrees to help, enlisting the aid of the Russian mafia, whose boss owes him a favor for saving his son from a previous Chinese mafia action.
