Two American police officers, Slim and Tubby, are in London to learn from local law enforcement. However, their trip takes an unexpected turn when they end up in jail. They are bailed out by Dr. Jekyll, a mysterious figure with a dark secret. Jekyll has been killing fellow doctors who mock his unconventional experiments. With more murders planned, Slim and Tubby must navigate this treacherous situation, unaware that Tubby will soon become the target of Jekyll's sinister transformation.
