Jack, a successful architect, returns to his small hometown of Cass, WV, when his grandmother Polly, suffering from Alzheimer's, is found wandering outside her house. Initially intending to make the trip quickly, Jack becomes stuck when he's unable to move Polly into an assisted living facility.
