Clay Travers, a rancher, discovers the body of murdered Ranger Frank Mattison and brings it back to Trail City. However, businessman Art Kenyon and his hired gunman Ed Martin twist the truth, framing Travers for the crime. With his name tarnished, Travers must find a way to clear his name and bring the real culprits to justice.
