Barney and friends take the stage at Radio City Music Hall to create a special surprise using items from "The Barney Bag". However, a new visitor, The Winkster, steals the bag, unaware of how to make friends. The kids try to catch him, teaching him to ask to make friends. The chase leads to "Barney's Imagination Circus" with clowns and dancing bears. Eventually, Winkster confesses and apologizes, making friends with Barney and the kids.
