Two veteran police officers, Rocky and Dan, patrol the streets at night, each with their own approach to justice. Rocky is more compassionate, while Dan is a hardened cynic. As they try to catch the eye of their radio operator, Kate, they find themselves in a dangerous confrontation with ruthless gangster Ritchie Garris.
