The top-secret prototype of the Nova Stealth fighter has been stolen, prompting the Pentagon to sound the alarm. The plane must not fall into hostile hands. Test-pilot Vince Conners is tasked with retrieving the stolen plane, but his mission in Libya ends in failure when his partner is captured and he is left alone and on the run. With no allies, Conners must evade capture and find the Nova before it's used by Libyan terrorists to bomb the United Nations in Paris with deadly nerve gas.
