In a mission to send relief aid to Southeast Asia, the US plans to transfer $5 million to a Manila bank. The bank's president travels to the US to finalize the details, only to be approached by a mysterious figure with a proposal: steal the funds and hand them over. The president is instructed to use four blind individuals to carry out the heist, and he recruits them with the help of a woman who trains the blind. As the plan unfolds, they enlist the aid of a local blind bank robber to help them execute the daring operation.
