In "A Christmas to Remember", Bob the Builder and his team of talking construction vehicles prepare for the winter holiday season. Bob's twin brother, Tom the Zoologist, is coming for Christmas from the Arctic Circle, while Spud the Scarecrow tries to behave to get presents. Meanwhile, a rock concert featuring Lenny Lazenby and the Lasers, including Elton John, is planned. However, a disaster strikes when the Christmas tree and town hall are severely damaged.
