In Bucharest, Romania, the National Museum of Antiquities is robbed of the priceless breastplate of Attila, the Hun, and the curator is killed. The former assistant, Dr. Samantha Gaines, is waiting for the piece in New York City, but it's stolen. An agent visits her to inform her of the heist and her friend's death. She shares a legend about the breastplate having the location of the Sword of Mars, guarded by Cerberus, which made Attila invincible. When her brother, a gambler, is kidnapped, she travels to Romania, joining forces with the agent to uncover the truth.
