Cowboys Don't Cry background

Cowboys Don't Cry

A young boy's life is forever changed when his mother, a rodeo performer, dies in a devastating traffic accident, leaving him and his father to navigate a difficult and transformative journey.

Shane Morgan's nomadic life with his rodeo-performing parents is disrupted by a fatal car accident that leaves his mother gone and his father struggling with addiction. With his father's drinking problem worsening, Shane becomes the de facto head of the household at just 14 years old. His grandfather's unexpected death and bequest of a small ranch offer a glimmer of hope for Shane's dreams of settling down. However, turning the run-down property into a thriving business while attending school and caring for his ailing father proves to be a daunting task.
