The Counter Terrorist Unit in Provo, Utah is struggling to cope with the threat of terrorism, often overlooked by the Federal government. Jono Decker, a devoted fan of the TV show "24", joins the unit to protect his city and the innocent. Leveraging his knowledge of counter-terrorism tactics, Jono works to stop the threat and save the government of Utah from collapse.
