Sara, a 28-year-old woman who was circumcised at the age of 7 in Harar, Ethiopia, returns to the country to confront her circumciser and process her trauma. Despite the woman's lack of remorse, Sara is able to forgive her and find inner peace, ultimately telling a story of pain, loss of trust, forgiveness, empowerment, and healing.
