On the same day Abbey receives an ovarian cancer diagnosis, she and her girlfriend Miranda attend a dinner party at a self-help group where Miranda's estranged friend Scott returns, claiming to have uncovered the secrets behind their practices. As the night unfolds, Abbey discovers that nothing is as it seems, and that Scott and the others have ulterior motives to "heal" her cancer-ridden body.
