A decade-long search for a missing brother unfolds as a young woman investigates the truth behind his disappearance during the Mumbai riots in 1993, finally uncovering the truth in 1999.

Six years after his disappearance during the 1993 Mumbai riots, Fiza searches for her brother Aman, only to find him joined a terrorist group. Despite her efforts to bring him home, Aman's allegiance remains with the group, led by Murad Khan. His involvement is revealed to their mother, leading to her tragic demise. Fiza then tries to redeem her brother, but he's sent on a mission to kill two politicians. After succeeding, his own group tries to eliminate him, and he asks Fiza to kill him. She eventually agrees, and Aman dies, uttering the Islamic phrase "La illa ha ill Allah, Mohammad dur Rasullalah".
