Victor's beloved dog Sparky is struck by a car and dies, leading Victor to use his homemade monster-making skills to revive him. However, the reanimated Sparky wreaks havoc and terrorizes the neighborhood, forcing Victor to prove to his neighbors and parents that beneath his monstrous appearance, Sparky remains a loyal and loving friend.
