Great Balls of Fire!

Pioneering rock 'n' roll artist Jerry Lee Lewis, known for his charisma and provocative music career, navigates the tumultuous ups and downs of his life.

Jerry Lee Lewis's early career is semi-fictionalized in this account, set in 1956. As the frontman of a combo with his cousin J.W. Brown, he's determined to break into the music business with his unique sound, inspired by the black honky-tonks of the south. Despite the odds, he achieves success, but fame and money come with a price. His reckless behavior, including relationships with young female fans, including his cousin's 13-year-old daughter Myra Gale Brown, threatens to derail his success.
