In a gripping western tale, a cunning lawyer exploits land rights to displace local ranchers, unleashing a fierce conflict. When Wild Bill and Gabby attempt to intervene, they are falsely accused of murder by a shrewd actor and brutally hanged by a mob seeking revenge.

A crooked lawyer, Gilbert Leland, plots to steal land from local ranchers, using his henchman, The Whistler, to eliminate anyone who gets in his way. When rancher Daniel Clark is shot, his son Danny flees and begins a one-man war against the killers. Enter Wild Bill Elliott, a wandering lawman, and his trusty sidekick Gabby, who become embroiled in the conflict after capturing Danny, only to have him killed in a violent confrontation.
