Lewis Kinney, a former accountant, becomes embroiled in a dangerous situation after discovering a stolen $10 million fortune embezzled by James Hatcher from a joint mafia-C.I.A. operation.

A rogue agent embezzles a massive sum from a joint mafia-CIA operation, sparking a bitter power struggle between the two. Meanwhile, a struggling individual becomes entangled in the complex web of deceit and must navigate the treacherous landscape to recover the stolen funds, all while potentially winning the heart of the embezzler's wife.
