Tom Elliott takes the fall for his brother Phil's crime, serving prison time to protect him. Later, exonerated by new evidence, Tom joins the Mounties, tasked with capturing notorious outlaw Marsden and his gang. However, upon confronting the gang, Tom discovers his brother Phil is among them, but Phil has a change of heart and decides to aid Tom in bringing down the outlaws.
