Immortel (ad vitam) background

Immortel (ad vitam)

A powerful deity searches for a new human host and a worthy partner to bear his offspring in a world where humans and gods coexist.

In a 21st-century New York City, genetically altered humans coexist with unaltered individuals, while Central Park is mysteriously off-limits. A pyramid appears, housing ancient Egyptian gods, who sentence Horus to mortality. A young woman with blue hair, Jill, is arrested, revealing her non-human physiology and secret powers. Horus, given a time limit to interact with humans and procreate, finds a host body in Nikopol, a rebel who escaped hibernation early. Horus takes control of Nikopol's body and searches for a mate to produce a son before his sentence is carried out.
