Ciara, a physical therapist, moves to America to improve her sister's life, while her sister Julia lives a fast-paced life in the Philippines and falls for a photographer named Storm. When Julia follows Ciara to the US, Storm joins her, but struggles as an illegal alien and considers returning home. Julia asks Ciara to marry Storm to help him obtain a green card, and Ciara agrees out of love for Julia. As they navigate their fraudulent marriage, Ciara and Storm develop real feelings for each other, leaving them to question whose love is true.
