During the height of World War II, a coordinated effort unfolds between FBI and Scotland Yard agents to thwart a sabotage ring threatening to disrupt the delivery of vital American supplies.

A film about a German air raid over London, sabotage attempts, and espionage. It follows American agent Tim Hanley and Scotland Yard detective Reggie Oliver as they investigate a famous singer, Carla Nillson, suspected of working for a sabotage ring. The story unfolds in London, Lisbon, and New York City, with Carla singing on the radio, possibly unknowingly providing coded instructions to enemy operatives. As Tim and Reggie close in, Carla must navigate her feelings for Tim and the danger of being arrested, while the Allies fight against the Nazis.
