Local smuggler Barton uses her plane for his illegal activities, leaving her stranded on a nearby island. Meanwhile, two Marines, Thornton and Barnes, pursue her rescue, with Thornton sneaking onto Barton's plane and Barnes arriving by speedboat. However, their efforts are threatened by Inda, Barton's jealous wife, who seeks to harm Virginia using her deadly blow gun.
