A ruthless land agent's scheme unfolds as the railroad arrives, attempting to deceive ranchers by invalidating their titles and seizing their land.

As the railroad approaches, Nixon seeks to acquire the ranchers' land by deceit. He employs a cunning land agent to claim the original sellers never had rightful ownership, rendering the ranchers' deeds invalid. Enter Federal Agent Johnny Mack, who infiltrates the operation as a gunman and soon uncovers the henchman's scheme. Suspecting Nixon's involvement, Mack requires the assistance of ventriloquist Alibi to apprehend the culprits.
