Two sailors on leave, Stanley and Oliver, meet two girls at a park and invite them to share a soda, but their plans are foiled when they can't afford to buy two sodas. However, their luck changes when Stanley wins big at a slot machine, allowing them to hire a boat and engage in a chaotic battle with other boaters, ending in a massive splash in the lake.
