In the Australian Outback of 1932, a young girl disappears after being drawn out of her window by the moon. Despite the police's suggestion to involve an Aboriginal tracker named Albert, the father refuses, insisting on searching for his daughter himself. As the search party scours the barren plains, Albert is left to witness the destruction of every clue.
