Palestinian friends Said and Khaled, now in their young adulthood, have had a difficult life in Nablus, West Bank, working as unfulfilling auto mechanics. Feeling like prisoners, they blame their struggles on Israeli oppression and have joined a Palestinian resistance group to carry out a suicide bombing mission in Tel Aviv. They plan to cross into Israel illegally and detonate two bombs, with pre-taped messages confessing to the bombing in the name of God. As they prepare, they may reflect on their actions, shaped by their family histories and Said's budding romance with Suha, a wealthy Palestinian's daughter.
