A cosmetic procedure gone wrong unleashes a devastating outbreak, as a woman's altered body becomes ravenous for human blood, triggering a zombie apocalypse that rapidly infects and transforms the city's population.

In the small town of Camelford, a driver's stalled van sparks a chain reaction, leading to a motorcycle accident that leaves Rose in a coma and Hart injured. After a month, Rose awakens and becomes disoriented, attacking a nurse and fleeing the clinic. As she spreads a mysterious infection in Montreal, Hart searches for her, unaware of the horrors she's unleashing.
