In this action-packed film, Yoshie, a mistreated geisha, discovers her natural strength and fighting skills. Recruited by Kageno, a wealthy steel-works owner, she joins an army of geisha assassins. During training, their bodies are altered into deadly weapons linked to their brains. However, Yoshie soon learns that Kageno's true intention is to launch a nuclear bomb from his robotic castle, destroying Japan. With the help of defectors, she must stop Kageno and his Tengu warriors to save the country.
