Too Fine and his friends aim to start a successful garage band, but their dream is shattered when Too Fine is murdered. His sister Hope is left to deal with the aftermath, including being brutally attacked and raped by Temper, a former adversary who demands payment for Too Fine's debt. Hope seeks revenge and kills Temper, but then becomes embroiled with Temper's associate, gangster David Brumby, and begins working with him again. However, their new partnership is threatened when two detectives start investigating the gang after a nightclub shooting, putting everyone's lives at risk.
