An ordinary man, Shree, works at a telecom company and is in love with Sonu, but cannot marry yet due to financial constraints. He is lured into a scientific experiment by a wealthy businessman, Randhawa, who promises him a bright and successful future. Shree trades 12 hours of his life for 20 lakhs, but soon finds himself accused of murdering several people, including the scientist and the commissioner of police.
